ఎమ్మార్పీ(MRP) కంటే ఎక్కువ ధరకు వస్తువులు విక్రయిస్తున్నారా? నాసిరకం ఉత్పత్తులు అంటగట్టి సేవాలోపానికి పాల్పడ్డారా? అయితే ఇక నుంచి మీ ఇంటి నుంచే వినియోగదారుల కమిషన్‌కు ఫిర్యాదు చేయొచ్చు.
కేంద్ర వినియోగదారుల మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ ఇందు కోసం ‘వాట్సప్‌ చాట్‌బాట్‌’ సేవలను తీసుకొచ్చింది.
వాట్సప్‌ నంబర్‌ 88000 01915 లో మొదట హాయ్‌ అని టైప్‌ చేయాలి.
అక్కడి సూచనల ఆధారంగా వివరాలు నమోదు చేస్తే జాతీయ వినియోగదారుల కమిషన్‌ హెల్ప్‌లైన్‌లో ఫిర్యాదు నమోదవుతుంది.
అనంతరం కేసు పరిష్కారం కోసం ఈ వివరాలు ఆయా జిల్లా వినియోగదారుల కమిషన్‌కు పంపుతారు.
కేసు పరిష్కారం అయ్యే వరకు అవసరమైన సలహాలు, సూచనలు ఇస్తారు.
దీంతో పాటు 1800114000 లేదా 1915 నంబర్‌కు కాల్‌ చేసి సైతం (ఉదయం 8గంటల నుంచి రాత్రి 8గంటల వరకు) ఫిర్యాదు చేయొచ్చు.
ప్రతి రోజూ వేల ఫిర్యాదులు నమోదవుతుండగా, అందులో పరిష్కారమైన కేసులకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలను కేంద్ర వినియోగదారుల మంత్రిత్వశాఖ

Are the goods being sold at a price higher than MRP? Poor quality products and poor service? But from now on you can complain to the consumer commission from your home.
The Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs has brought the services of ‘WhatsApp Chatbot’ for this purpose.
First type hi in whatsapp number 88000 01915. If the details are entered based on the instructions there, a complaint will be registered in the helpline of the National Consumer Commission.

Later, these details will be sent to the respective District Consumer Commission for case resolution.
Necessary advice and suggestions will be given till the case is resolved. Apart from this, you can also call 1800114000 or 1915 number (from 8 am to 8 pm) to file a complaint.
While thousands of complaints are registered every day, the details of the resolved cases are provided by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs
