As senior citizen and also being connected to Hyderabad with my relationships there I know the developments made much in Hyderabad in terms of high tech city with infrastructure developments by your governance facilitating citizens for their fast movement that has built up business to a greater height with economy, The citizens of Telangana state and other states are all well aware of it . On behalf of the pensioners of employees pension scheme 1995 spread across the nation SIR, I would like to put before your good self some grievances related to the pension issues of EPS 95 to be kindly got resolved by the honorable NDA government with your valuable support on humanity concern and as right to life protected of economic security and human dignity denied now who have served the nation for it’s growth bringing the good image but the grievances of these senior citizen EPS 95 pensioners mainly connected to basic survival of life have stood unresolved over the period despite unrest of pensioners for sever economic problems , perhaps you will have some knowledge about it .There are also some lakhs of EPS 95 pensioners in your state longing/striving for justice for fair liveable minimum pension and basic pension on last drawn actual wages provisioned of dearness allowance ( linkage of pension with living cost index) that they have been denied put under the conditions of EPS 95 . we take your valuable time in busy schedule to invite your kind attention on our pension problems of EPS 95.The factors in brief are herein.The EPS pensioners are provided of meagre unliveable pension in the range of less than Rs 1000, Rs 1000 at minimum and about Rs 3500 at maximum under EPS 95 in these days while cost of living has gone up to the extent that not even Rs 10000 is sufficient to maintain average common life with food and medicines besides other incidental expenses . The employees provident fund organisation new Delhi ( EPFO )and the honourable labour ministry authorities have been operating the EPS 95 . The EPS 95 pensioners are in dire need of fair pension at minimum to be liveable at Rs 9000 linked with DA and basic pension ( called it higher pension ) on last drawn wages unconditioned except option for it with necessary contribution to the pension fund .Actually the whole employees pension scheme 1995 is required to be revamped with changes incorporating the normal provisions Right now minimum pension of Rs 9000 with DA OR an interim relief of Rs 10000 is the need of hour to settle the life of EPS 95 pensioners aggrieved being suffered of income poverty and human indignity with meager unliveable pension mentioned, pending revival of EPS 95 as a whole by the constituted body of an official committee consisting of competent authorities and fund management experts . We kindly seek your support with an appeal to your kind self being an able administrator and matured political leader among the mass conversant with citizen’s problems to take an initiative recommending our justified demanded pension to the honorable prime minister for settlement of the life of Pensioners who are in life crises at the earliest in order that we live a peaceful and easeful life free of dependence upon others for living with a fair pension.
