Writing a Letter to the Chief Minister on EPS 95 problems

To the Respected Andhra Pradesh

Chief Minister,

 The APSRTC Retired Employees Association humbly salutes and asking it..

 That’s it!

 All your government schemes are very good .. It is a matter of pride for the people of the state. The  people of other states are appreciating your services ..

 We are a retired RTC employee o ui iu about 36 thousand families in the state … in a transport company.

Having worked for about 30-35 years, we had worked hard to develop the Corporation.

 The pension we are given is much  much lower than the old age pension of the common civil pensioner in the State.

 If we apply for ration card or old age pension, most of the Government Officials and Staff are rejecting our Applications and not giving Ration Card saying that “you are the RTC pensionable employee and not eligible for Ration Card.  

  In the past, Hon’ble Minister Shri Perni Nani said about 6 months ago that all those who earn  ten  thousands or below ten thousandrupees  income per month as pension will get ration cards and old age pension pension will be given to the rtd rtc employees.

 But, so far nothing has been done in practical. 

 Some elderly people are starving to death, burdening their families ….

 Some are committing suicide …

 Deaths of RTC retired employees are no less  than the Corona deaths.

 Hon’ble Chief Minister Garu!

 you should have a good name and fame … you should be the soul of everyone …. you are the son of the esteemed Shree YSR.  

 We are old people like your grand parents… Save Us!  Protect us!  Save!  Save …

 Kindly grant * Old age Pension * plus * White Ration card ‘* together with entitlement to * AROGYA SREE * scheme to us on high priority basis, please …

 Support about 36 thousand elderly people …

మీయొక్క ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు అన్నీ చాలా బాగున్నాయి.. ఇతర రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు మీ సేవలను మెచ్చుకొని పొగడ్తలతో అభినందించడం రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకు గర్వకారణం..

అయ్యా! మేము సుమారు రాష్ట్రంలో 36 వేల కుటుంబాలు గల ఆర్టీసీ రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగులం… రవాణా సంస్థ లో

సుమారు 30-35 సంవత్సరములు పని చేసిన మేమ, సంస్థ అభివృద్ధి మా ధ్యేయం గా, ఎంతగానో కష్టపడి సంస్థను అభివృద్ధి చేయడం జరిగినది..

తమరు సామాన్యునికి ఇచ్చే

వృద్ధాప్య పెన్షన్కంటే, మాకు ఇచ్చే పెన్షన్ చాలా చాలా తక్కువ.

మేము రేషన్ కార్డు గానీ వృద్ధాప్య పెన్షన్ గాని అప్లై చేస్తే, మీరు ఆర్టీసీ వారు… మీకు రాదు…. అని చెబుతున్నారు…

 గతంలో..గౌరవ మంత్రివర్యులు శ్రీ పేర్ని నాని గారు, నెలకు పదివేల రూపాయలు ఆదాయం వచ్చు వారందరికీ రేషన్ కార్డులు,  వృద్ధాప్య పెన్షన్ వస్తుందని,  సుమారు 6 నెలల క్రితం చెప్పారు..

దాని కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నాము. కానీ, ఇంతవరకు ఏమీ లేదు…

ఏ విధమైన ఆదాయం లేక

వృద్ధులైన కొందరు కుటుంబానికి భారమై ఆకలి చావులతో చనిపోతున్నారు….

కొందరు ఆత్మహత్యలు చేసుకుంటున్నారు…

ఆర్టీసీ రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగుల మరణాలు కరోనా చావు లను.

 తలపిస్తున్నాయి.. 

ఓ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వర్యా !

 ఆకలి చావుల అపఖ్యాతి మీకు  రాకూడదు…. మీకు మంచి పేరు ప్రఖ్యాతులు రావాలి…అందరి ఆత్మ బంధు వు ….వైయస్సార్ తనయుడుగా, తండ్రిని మించిన తనయుడు కావాలి మీరు..

మీరు పదే పదే అంటున్న. అవ్వ తాత లం మేము…… మమ్మల్ని రక్షించండి! మమ్మల్ని రక్షించండి! కాపాడండి! కాపాడండి…

Kindly grant *Oldage Pension* plus  *White Ration card’*  together with entitlement to *AROGYA SREE* scheme to us on high priority basis, please…

36 వేల వృద్ధులను ఆదుకోండి…
